In this initial stage, we engage with the client to understand their vision, goals, target audience, and technical requirements. We gather key information to define the project scope, features, content structure, and overall design direction. This phase ensures alignment and sets a strong foundation for the development process.
Based on the discovery session, we provide a detailed quotation outlining the services, timeline, and deliverables. Once the client agrees, an invoice is issued, and a 35% upfront payment is required to officially kickstart the project. This secures the client’s commitment and resources for development.
The website will be developed from scratch within a 30-day period, including both design and functional build-out. Once the first version is completed, it will be shared with the client for feedback, allowing room for adjustments, content changes, or approved add-ons. Rigorous testing is done to ensure quality and performance.
After client approval of the final website, we perform final optimizations and configure any backend systems or office-related tools. The final 65% payment is then collected. Upon settlement, we officially launch the site and provide necessary access, documentation, and training if required.
